WP series reducer, the worm gear is heat-treated with 45# high-quality steel and the worm wheel is casted with tin bronze. It has good wear resistance, especially in terms of load-bearing capacity.   • Smooth driving, low vibration, shock and noise, large reduction ratio, wide versatility, and can be used with a variety of mechanical equipment.
    Single-stage transmission can obtain large transmission ratio and compact structure. Most types of reducers have good self-locking performance. The braking device can be omitted for mechanical equipment with braking requirement.
  • The friction loss between the worm wheel and worm wheel teeth is larger, so the transmission efficiency is lower than that of gears, and it is easy to generate heat and high temperature.
