YVF2 series (IP54) three-phase asynchronous motors have a total of 12 frame sizes from 80 to 315, including 23 specifications. Our factory currently develops and produces motors with 11 frame sizes from 80 to 280 and 19 specifications. We have designed and manufactured according to the relevant regulations of JB/T7118-2004 "YVF2 series (IP54) frequency conversion speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor technical conditions". According to customer needs can also provide a YVF2EJ series frequency control electromagnetic braking three-phase asynchronous motor.

The motor has reliable insulation and excellent performance. The motor is forced to ventilate by a separate axial fan to ensure that the motor has a unique cooling effect when running at different speeds. The advanced dielectric decomposition method is adopted to control the quality of primary materials such as electromagnetic wire and impregnating varnish. The dynamic dielectric measurement is adopted in the insulation treatment process to control the baking process of impregnating varnish, which ensures the motor's stable and reliable insulation quality and has strong adaptability to overvoltage caused by high carrier frequency of frequency converter. At the same time, the computer control interface can be set according to users' needs, which helps realize the automatic control of the speed regulation system. Brakes can also be installed at the non-axial extension end for quick braking, and high-speed variable-frequency motors can also be designed and manufactured.
For powers whose line frequency is 50Hz (or 60Hz), its speed-regulating range is often 5Hz-100Hz (or 6Hz-120Hz) (1:20). The motor will output rated torque at 5Hz-50Hz (or 6Hz-60Hz), and it is the constant torque running zone. At 50Hz-100Hz (60Hz-120Hz), the motor will output rated power, the continuous power running zone.
